Elevate Your Game

Science-backed mental training to help athletes perform with confidence and clarity.

Train Your Brain.

Train Your Brain.

Master the Moment.

Strength, speed, and skill prepare you physically, but training your mind helps you access those abilities when it matters most.

Learning to manage pressure, stay present, recover from mistakes, and trust yourself in critical moments builds the confidence, consistency, and resilience that allow you to perform your best.

For more than 20 years, I have helped people perform their best using practical tools grounded in neuroscience and mindfulness. My work has taken me from classrooms to boardrooms, where I have worked with corporate leaders, elite athletes and first responders to strengthen focus, manage pressure, build resilience, and perform more effectively when the stakes are high.

As an athlete, and as the parent of a college athlete, I know first hand the pressures young athletes face, and our youth sports system does not always teach tools to navigate the stress. I can help!

My superpower is translating complex science into simple, practical strategies, giving you tools you can use to maximize your performance—on and off the field.

My goal isn't just to develop better athletes—it's to develop extraordinary human beings who have the tools to reach their highest potential in sports and in life.

Hi, I’m Kristen

Why train
your mind?

To  maximize your potential

To  maximize your potential

Competitive athletes spend years training their body and honing their craft—but a single moment of doubt, anxiety, or distraction can undo all of it.

If you look at the highest level athletes, the clutch performers, they all have something in common: they’re keenly aware of what’s going on in their minds, and they know how to manage it.

Mental performance training elevates skills, strengthening the focus, emotional control, and confidence athletes need in high-stakes moments.

Mental training isn't just about performing better under pressure—it's about staying in love with the sport in the first place.

The same intensity that drives hours of daily training can just as easily lead to burnout without the tools to manage it.

Learning to recover, reset after setbacks, and reconnect with why you love your sport protects your passion, not just your performance.

Training the mind alongside the body turns good athletes into great ones, and keeps joy in the game for the long run.

Custom Support Plan

Every athlete is different, so there isn't a one-size-fits-all program. Based on what we learn, I'll recommend an approach that fits your goals. That might mean weekly sessions for a period of time, biofeedback training, or support throughout a competitive season.

Our first session gives me a chance to get to know the athlete — your goals, strengths, challenges, sport experience, and what you would like to change. We'll begin identifying where mental training may have the greatest impact.

Exploratory Call

This is a brief 15-minute conversation with parent and/or the athlete about what's going on, what you're hoping for, and any questions you have. It's also a chance to make sure we're a good fit before taking the next step.
